The China-ASEAN (Qinzhou) Huawei Cloud Computing and Big Data Centre Project plans to build a T3+ standard server room with a total floor area of about 60,000 square meters and 6,000 cabinets. The total investment of the project is about 4.5 billion yuan, and it is planned to be constructed in three phases. At present, the first phase of China-ASEAN (Qinzhou) Cloud Computing and Big Data Centre with international T3+ construction standards, 12,000 square meters and 1,000 racks has been completed and put into operation, with 450 racks in use, providing no less than 5,000 units of 8-core 16G cloud hosts, 200,000 TB of cloud storage and cloud security and other services. More than 70 government and enterprise units, including Qinzhou People's Government Portal, Internet + Provident Fund, Education Cloud, Snow Bright Project, Digital City Management, Public Security Police Cloud, Foxconn Medical Imaging Cloud, etc., have completed more than 200 systems on the cloud, providing strong support for the information system on the cloud rate of Qinzhou City to continue to maintain 100 per cent.
